How far along: 35 weeks.
How big is baby: 5 1/2 pounds, some sort of melon
Total weight gain: 29 pounds
Diet/exercise: Diet is decent. Not really working out other than chasing Abby around
Maternity clothes: of course
Sleep: I'm averaging around 4-6 hours per night right now. Guess my body is trying to prep me for what's coming. I'd much prefer to get as much sleep as possible now though.
Best moment of the week: Baby shower!! My girlfriends threw a baby shower for me on Saturday. It was perfect. There weren't many people there, and it was relaxing and we spent 2.5 hours just sitting & chatting & eating yummy snacks. Oh & not to mention that was 2.5 hours CHILD FREE :)
Food cravings: apples & cinnamon, apple cider - still the same since I was 19 weeks along! funny!! I eat apple slices literally coated in cinnamon every night after dinner.
Food aversions: Not a fan of red meat & lately I have a hard time with chicken too. Maybe I'll just become a vegetarian.
Symptoms: same as before. Lots of pressure & cervical pain. Short of breath.
Movement: I thought the baby literally punched her way through last night. Luckily, she did not.
Gender: GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!
What I’m looking forward to: Finishing up all the projects that need to get done before baby. Since my shower is now over with, I went ahead and ordered all the remaining items we need. at least what I think we need, I'm sure I'm forgetting something. I'll feel so good when it all arrives & I'm able to finish the nursery.
What I miss: Not being so hormonal. I'm really mean lately. Poor Brandon
Next appt: January 25th, I was able to stretch some time between appointments this time, but after the 25th they're weekly.
